Turning a show-stopping archive into a magnet for dream projects

With The Masked Singer, The Traitors and St. Pancras station, you might not know it, but you’ve likely seen some of Plunge’s creations. But an ever-growing archive of show-stopping builds posed a strategic challenge: how could their website win more of the ambitious, imaginative projects they wanted?

Measure twice, cut once

Talk of the new website started as a big conversation about where the business was heading next. Through a leadership strategy session and a department-wide workshop, we helped Plunge pinpoint and prioritise their services. Getting everyone on the same page made it easy to align on the website structure and components.

Dressing the part

Expanding their brand identity gave us additional visual language to showcase their work without overshadowing it, leading to a design that perfectly captures their personality. Striking the right tone between ‘mad scientists’ and ‘masters of their craft’ took time but paid dividends, giving them a distinct verbal identity they can use confidently.

Setting the stage

An intuitive, flexible CMS gives the team the raw materials to shape the website confidently - without the headache. The result? A website that makes client conversations smoother, attracts ambitious, like-minded people and helps secure the next giant levitating Wotsit gig.
