Injecting a new lease of life into a high street brand
We worked on a total brand overhaul for Parks Letting with the aim of targeting a higher value, longer term market away from student lets. The new identity transformed Parks’ high street presence, highlighting their established position in the industry and inspiring confidence in prospective landlords and tenants.
The brand development process helped the team clarify their position in the competitive property market of Brighton & Hove and align internal values with how to communicate externally. Every touchpoint is an opportunity to reinforce the brand identity so, working closely with suppliers, we applied the new branding every detail from custom vehicle wraps to interior refurbishment to marketing outputs. The new website offers a lightweight, engaging experience for visitors while the updated CRM integration works hard behind-the-scenes, enabling the team to spend less time on paperwork.
The new and vibrant brand resulted in Parks attracting an excellent calibre of property instructions and professional clients.
