Securing Flint House’s future
Flint House approached us for creative input on their new digital strategy, aiming to engage with more people and rekindle the relationships they have in order to secure their future.
Working with their team we first explored and formalised Flint House’s personality, using it to shape our direction for how Flint House would speak and look going forward. Our task then became to channel that personality into an identity that was versatile, complimented their new strategy and was compelling to supporters and patients.
A new pattern draws on the architecture of Flint House and nods to the familiar Sillitoe tartan. Used at different scales it’s a motif one moment, a layout the next. This flexibility lets Flint House build a recognisable identity without it becoming repetitive.
Additional brand colours were introduced, to better express the healing and natural qualities of the personality, and the existing yellow was adjusted to be calmer.
Messaging was developed to use across the new marketing. Speaking to the concerns of each of their major audiences, it gained greater attention and engagement.
A two day photoshoot was directed to be candid and naturally lit, further reinforcing the personality we established.
